kayfun issues on hammer mod, but no issues on vamo

first off i know the hammer has a vdrop, mine is about 0.3-0.5 volts on an efest 800mah 18350.

so with my hammer i have used a 1.5ohm and 2.0ohm coil and my juice doesnt have the nice flavor it does on my vamo.

currently i have a 2.0ohm coil made from 2 strands of 32ga twisted together with a cotton wick. on the hammer it vapes but flavor isnt as in your face as it is when i switch to the vamo at 14.5watts. i dont have an ohm meter that i can use for builds, or a volt meter so i have been using my vamo to check ohms and voltage on my batteries.

am i doing something wrong with my build thats causing issues with the hammer or is it just the hammer's vdrop thats causing the problem? i love the feel, look, and size of the hammer. it is my first mech and i have had it since april 4, 2014. the vamo i have been using since i got it for christmas. and i have been building coils since january. my juice is 50/50 at 24mg of nic.

There are quite a few threads here in this subforum about the hammer. Plenty of info on different fixes for the voltage drop. That's what's causing the difference you're seeing.
