I've got 2 kayfun's, 1 lite+ from Ehpro and one 3.1 from hcigar. I've had the lite+ leak if I tried filling from the top, never when filled through the bottom. The 3.1 has never leaked and I only use the fill port. IDK if it could help, but as a mechanic who works with hydraulics... I'll sometimes take parts and dip test them to check for leaks. Air will escape easier than liquid, so I'll take a part, hook up air too it and block all the other ports. If I see air bubbles under water..... that's where it is or would leak. Wonder if you couldn't close the air screw and do something similar to test the outsides for cracks or poor seals? I can tell you in my experience at work.... you can have a crack so small you can't even see cause BIG problems. JUST DO ADD TOO MUCH AIR. a little air will work.... you don't need to blow it up under water. I'd say 1-2 psi MAX should work.

Wouldn't adding a little soap to the water do the same thing? Pull it out, and if you see bubbles, there is the leak. At least thats what we used to do with tires.
