kayfun lite leaking.. please Help!!!

Howdy, assuming you properly wicked it.
O ring in place?
When filling from the bottom, I usely put a finger on each vent hole & fill it up with it tilted at a angle.
Put a screw back in, puff on it and if I hear any gurgling I get a napkin & blow access out.
Than your good to go.

The o ring shouldn't actually be on the chimney, although sometimes it ends up there. It should be in the middle of the topcap.
Correct. There is an o-ring in the top cap that the chimney fits into. It shouldn't be on the chimney itself.
You learned, once you do you'll enjoy the heck out if it.
Liked mine so much I order four more a few days ago.
Another one to check out is a Orchid V4, semilar to the kayfun, but runs a dual coul.

I don't have mine anymore to check. Fat Daddy Vapes sells a complete repair kit with o rings, post screws and insulators. Probably a good idea to have one. I bet evcigarettes sells o ring kits.

Only few vapers in India sells vaping stuff on Ebay....
I bought a few of every size o-ring that Fasttech carries up to 23 mm OD. Rarely do I have an o-ring that doesn't fit.
What's the size of O Ring that seated on Chimney Cap???
