Kayfun Lite Leaking

Hello all,

Almost everytime I fill my kayfun nowadays, it leaks through the air holes, and I cover my air holes everytime I re-fill it. It's not just a little leaking either. It is a consistent flow of e-juice coming out of that damn hole. I don't know what to do at this point, because I've been told as long as you cover the air holes, there shouldn't be much leaking. Any ideas of what may be happening here? Thanks for the help.

I can think of 2 things, first the build you have in there might be wrong and excess liquid might be finding its way into the chamber where the coil sits, there are many videos in you tube explaining how to build it properly and a video is worth a 1000 words, second the oring in the top cap that seals the top of the chimney might be missing thus allowing juice into the chamber.

Make sure your wicking is set up right so the chamber doesn't flood. Mine leaks out of the airholes when I fill it because I over saturate the cotton. I lightly blow out the excess and after a few vapes its fine.

Are you filling from the top or refill screw? Also are all of your seals intact?

Refill screw. All the seals are the correct tightness. The wicking is probably the issue. Thanks for all the help everyone!

sometimes lightly puffing on the tip causes you to get dry hits then you most likely try to load the chamber by covering the air hole to pump. If you suck a bit harder you might eliminate having to load it as well since it's vaccum kind of tank.
