Just taken delivery of my new precious. A shiny and rather nice looking kayfun Lite Plus. First build complete with 6 or 7 wraps of microcoil diameter using 30awg Kanthal, and cotton wick and the result is Wow. I mean, seriously.....Wow. Flavour, lots and lots of it. This thing takes vaping to a whole new stratosphere. So:-

Pro's
The vape quality......tons and tons of flavour
Big, thick clouds of vapour
Relatively easy to build
Build quality
It's chunky and holds 4.5ml

Cons
Minor, but it's left a mark on my battery connector from the screw head in the KFL base that connects to the batt.
The 'beauty ring' (for my Provari) raises the KFL+ slightly from the batt, so it doesn't connect and results in a Provari 'OP' error.

I am one very happy camper :)

I thoroughly agree ykalon. This journey, now a little over 48 days for me becomes more exciting with every new discovery. Every time I've sat in front of the place order page taking things on and off my basket, and asking myself is it really worth it to 'upgrade', and eventually deciding 'what the heck, I'd have spent loads more on the smokes in any case', I've been very pleasantly rewarded when the new toy lands on the doormat. The KFL is certainly no exception. What a super piece of kit. What a vape!

i just got mine the other day as well, and i'm loving this thing. it takes awhile to learn how to wick it properly to avoid dry hits, but after rebuilding 3 times i finally got it to how i want it.

just don't go too low on your ohms or you risk melting your insulator on the deck

Which material are you using for wicking? I'm on cotton at the moment, although I've acquired various diameter Ekowool to experiment with too.

Sorry for the late reply! Yes, I am using sterile rolled cotton I picked up at a local CVS. Takes a couple hits to break the cotton in, but after that it's wonderful.

Have you guys found the need to lower your nic level while using a Kayfun? After I got mine and used it I got a good case of nic sick. I haven't had that since I first started vaping years ago. Found I needed to cut my nic level in half.
Besides being a very good topper as far as taste and clouds it must be really efficient as well.

My Russian 91% should be here tomorrow. I'm hella excited to get it. Although I'll still have to wait for my Vamo v5 to get here. Unless I can find a good mod locally before the Vamo gets here. Everyone raves about the flavor from the Kayfun style setups, so looking forward to trying it out.

Ever been to Vape On?

Vape On - Electronic Cigarettes, E-liquid, Vaporizers

Heck, tell me what mod you want and I'll find it within a 30 minute drive of you. Houston is packed full of great vape shops.
