If you are referring to the
Tobeco Rocket... as you indicate already owning, or at least being familiar with, a
kayfun, then you will be "right at home" with a Rocket, as the build and functional elements are
similar to a 3.1.
Quality is what you would expect of a Chinese $25 chromed brass/aluminum,
not-exactly-1:1, clone of a German made $175 SS atty... in appearance, good to very good - in quality of machining and fitment, serviceable.
I've owned two of the all chrome versions for a several months now - and they work, more or less, like their Kebo and Svoe Mesto older, wiser half-brothers and sisters.
As they are
not made of SS... as long as you don't get overly aggressive when tightening body components or screws, they should have a good long service life - and if you frag one, so what... you're only out $25. Replacement plastic tanks are available from the vendor I provided the link to.
