Another topic people post about with out the proper knowledge. It drives me nuts. Rant over. BUT look into 528 customs i believe is the name of the company. They do amazing.things with drilled out kayfuns. Its a 60 dollarish service to your existing unit. I know very expensive. But they blow monster clouds i find it halarious, their whole.goal waas to make the kayfun respond like a dripper that just so happens to have a tank above it.

Those people are hilarious.

They're trying to make a Bentley in to a sports car.

The Kayfun is designed for a very smooth vape with top end flavor. Drilling it out to make clouds kills both.

If you want clouds, buy a dripper. The only dripper I know of that can compare to the flavor from a Kayfun is the Viking, which has a very Kayfun-like design.

All they are saying is that it is a finely tuned device for a specific purpose and needs no further modification. No need to get all bunched up. Many old schoolers on board that are just trying to help you along.

I wanted my 3.1 to have a bit looser draw. I used a numbered bit one size larger than one that would fit inside the center post that comes thru the block. It opened it up just fine. One word of caution though. Only drill the tube with it already installed and tightened in the block. It may very well be too thin to tighten without it snapping after drilling.
