So I've done a cpl builds, all micro coils ranging for 1.1 up to 1.9 ohms, I'm using japanese cotton and no matter what I do my juice taste and feels like menthol and I get very minimal vapor production. And ideas?

If you looking for help a bit more info and a couple pics would help out a lot.

what juice do you have?? possible they might have messed up the juice? do the drop on the finger taste test... see if the drop has menthol

what battery are you using?? did you clean the KF before putting new juice in it? sometimes menthol juices will linger in a tank, especially the plastic tanks..

Sounds like the juice channels have cotton stuffed in them. you really want to keep the cotton out of those. I push the cotton up against the deck to the point that I can see the juice channels. Wicks great and does not leak.

My standard KFL build right now is 28 guage 7/8 wraps around 3/32 bit with ... cotton running around 1.2-1.3 ohms.

Check you tube for Phil's standard build and try his or watch him build a few. KFL definetley have a learning curve.
