I have both a kayfun light plus and a Russian 91 and they both leak out of the air hole. Is there some way to fix this or is it just something I have to deal with. Thanks

My Russian hasn't leaked a drop. Only thing I can think of is be sure not to overfill them?
Overwicking, may be due to too little airflow, open it up some with the AFC screws.
If I overfill it I'll blow through the drip tip a little bit with the air hole covered with a towel. This resolves the drip issues I've had.
I have a kebo russian 91% and 3 hcigar kayfun 3.1 tanks going. I fill through through the bottom of the russian and the only leak I've had is when I used the bulky tip of my juice bottle when filling(forces air into tank and juice will flow out), if I use a smaller nose tip to fill no troubles. I top fill the hcigar clones. No troubles with leaks. Like crxess posted, PBusardo or rip trippers kayfun/russian coil build vids have filling tips that may be helpful for you. Don't worry about leaks. These toppers rock! 
I also have a kayfun 3.1 clone from a local shop it's running a .8 ohm coil with a cotton wick. The wick is sitting above the juice channels. I have also had leaking from the air hole. I also took the bottom drain cap off last night and it was full of fluid. Not sure exactly what to try next I love the vape. At first we ran the wick down the juice channels and some was coming out the bottom of the chimney but was getting some burnt hits after a while wasn't getting enough air to the juice channel
Aside from making sure your o rings are set, wicking material dialed in, the only other thing I can think of is the screw inside the 510 threading at the bottom of the tank that holds one of the posts....if this is loose, you'll have leaks as well. Are you running high pg juice?
