KBOX MOD and kangersubtank mini problem. help?

Hey guys ive got a problem, when ever i use a rba build on the kangertech subtank mini tank the coil wont heat up but when i use the OCC build the coil lights up on the kbox mod btw, whats up with it? ive got the default rba build (what i mean is that its the one that came of straight out of the box) and it also works on my mech mod not the kbox mod​

Check to make sure the bottom screw on the RBA is tight.
ALSO, the RBA bottom post is smaller than the OCC coil. You may have to adjust the 510 pin on the Kbox and pull it up a bit. It sounds like it's not making a connection.

I agree with this, using a Tobh atty on it, had to unscrew the bottom screw a significant amount before it would even start heating up.
