KBV Chat Room

It occurred to me that this hasn't been copied over here yet. A while back Maddokter set up the KBV forum over here. He also set up an chat room for us. Here is the thread referring to it. You can use your own IRC client to connect to it with the following info:

Server: irc.wyldryde.org
Port: 6667
Channel: #KBV

So far, so good - been working steady at a construction gig full time lately, so I haven't had the time I'd like to be online - 4am wakeup call comes pretty danged early.
The job should be ending in a week or two, so after that I expect to be around a little more. When you work day labor, you take whatever you can get, because it's either feast or famine, jobs-wise. Luckily, I've been feasting the past few weeks, and am trying to sock away enough savings to see us through the end of November, hopefully - after that, it's anyone's guess what will happen, but I remain optimistic - I'm one of their best and most reliable workers according to them, so the odds of being sent out are in my favour, at least.
I try and get into the chatroom daily, but it's usually pretty empty, so I'm hoping that our good folks can drop in and say howdy once in awhile - in fact, I'm there right now if anyone wants to drag up a stump and set a spell, but will probably be logging off soon.
