I have a genuine Kennedy rda version 1 i think. I have compared it to photos and Im pretty sure its not a clone. I am having a problem with the positive contact pin on the bottom of the 510 connector. The pin seems to have recessed up into the bottom and some mods don't work because the connection is not happening. Im wondering if anyone has fixed this problem and how they did it. It wont work on my Joytech VTC mini that I recently bought but always worked on my sigelei 150W. Please Help. Here are some crude pics of my kennedy.

I fixed it by pressing down on the middle post and it popped down through about 1/8 of an inch and made the copper pin on the bottom poke out to create a good connection

That's an easily spotted cheap clone, one of the cheapest Kennedy clones available in fact. That drip tip is a dead give away, as is the over sized Kennedy written in the wrong font. I can virtually assure you the deck has milled holes in it and not pressed in tubes, every authentic Kennedy made and most of the decent clones utilize the pressed in tubes for the air holes on the deck.

You can find that exact RDA you have pictured in numerous places, though Fasttech is usually the cheapest.

Is this Stainless Kennedy 24 a clone then? The black 24 is authentic direct from Kennedy, I just wanna see if you think the stainless is a clone

Side note, @Anthony Newcomer how much did you pay for that Kennedy? If you paid an authentic price for a clone, I'd be flipping out and I'd go to where I got it and call them out hard on it.

New? If so its a clone. If it's used, and you paid $30 I'd throw a fit. The dragon cap on a Kennedy has a wide bore metal drip tip stock. Check out Kennedy's website to see the differences between the different top caps.

It really makes no logic to me why anyone would want to buy a Kennedy clone, half the fun of having a Kennedy is the quality of the build.

And Tom, both of yours are authentic : P
