RDA Kennedy seems to have shorted out

I could use some help. My Kennedy rba seems to have shorted. Does anyone know how to remove the positive post?

its a single piece pressed in post. Push down from the top. You may need to use a vice or c clamp to push it out.

Thanks Tagi. I've contacted Kennedy direct and they've graciously offered to replace it. I think I'll take that route.

I just had arcing problems with mine as well. Kennedy replace mine the next day.

i have noticed that they have problems with the negative posts comming loose, they are press fit, but send it back.
