I made a purchase from Ken's Box Mods
The communication was prompt. Products shipped quickly (next day). I received what I ordered.

This is my first mod purchase so I won't do a review. But the 5 volt boxmod I got works (hits like a monster). I initially put a atty that was to LR and the device only hit for like 1 -2 sec. Ken's quick email support pointed me to try another atty. I broke out the multi meter and found an atty with higher resistance... POW 5v nirvana.

I liked the 5v boxmod, so ordered a 3.7 2x battery boxmod too. I should be here soon.

Overall, I (did and) would buy from Ken' Box mod again.

I have 3 of Ken's 3.7v models and a 5v. Ken is without a doubt my supplier of choice. You might find attys or batteries for a buck less elsewhere, but that buck is small change when you deal with some suppliers who won't stand behind their goods(I speak from experience). I can't speak highly enough of Ken and the way he does business. He's a straight shooter through and through. My kind of folks:).

A 14500 battery in the 3.7 last for over a day of vaping. I use it as my at-work pv and use the 5v at night at the computer(long drag:)), so I can't really say what the battery life is on the 5v unit as a full-time vaping device. I charge those batteries every other day I suppose. If you go 3.7v, I strongly recommend the Joye510 LR attys that ken sells. Big vape from a 3.7 unit. Good luck and a good choice if you decide to go this way. JMO

Thanks I have ordered the 3.7 and will order the 3.7/5v latter his month.
Ken was great to work with. He even emailed me this week when he was on Vacation.

Hay: bushmaster did you know that there is a WA meet up in September?
Here is the link.

Got a Little Sister from Ken along with attys, charger, spare batteries.

However, the attys and the charger were missing. Ken sent them out immediately no questions asked. Then the charger did not work; again Ken sent out a replacement immediately.

A true test of a supplier is not when everything goes well, but when things go wrong. Ken backs his products to the hilt, which earns him a gold star.

Liked the LS. The adjustable voltage and meter are big pluses. This is my first real attempt at high voltage on my own. I borrowed a fixed 5 volt from a friend and did not like it. Since I use only DIY juice, the LS gives me a chance to experiment to optimize the taste and vapor production.

Certain combinations work really well; some don't. There are a lot of variables to play with.

At 350 mah in series (net 350 mah), this unit's batteries do not have the capacity for a lot of vaping for a chain vaper like me. Might have to go up in capacity with the Big Brother or similar to see if I want high voltage. Whatever I decide, it will be an adjustable voltage system.
