So, I got my KB7 in the mail today and I was slightly amused at the difference in the taste from the previous bottle. The last bottle I got from Voltron was, I don't know how old. It seemed to have the perfect age to it. Since this is my first actual purchase, can someone tell me how long before I get that awesome flavor? I am not impatient, but the flavor is just so awesome, I wonder how long of a wait it actually is. Any help would be appreciated from the frequent flyers.

All The KY Blends are pre-steeped, but at about 30 days past the bottled date it tends to get a lot richer flavor.

Okay, cool! It doesn't matter how long I have to wait. Voltron told me that the original bottle he sent to me was aged about two months. It even seemed as if the color changed--the color of it right now is almost like that of a real apple cider (cloudy and apricot colored) and the 2month old bottle was a bit more clear while being a light reddish color. I am happy I got 30mL. Maybe I will order some more in a couple weeks so I can have bottles aging round the clock! lol

I have never steeped mine either and didn't know I was missing anything. I would have to buy two months worth at once to have a chance. If the flavor is significantly richer, wouldn't it be wise to sell them after they've aged another 30 days? They could even advertise it as being "aged," - which fits in with the KY premium theme nicely.

Yeah, it makes sense, but that's not how it goes. I am still steeping my juices since I posted this thread. It is almost there to where the first bottle was. When you buy some of this juice, buy an extra bottle to keep long(er) term so you can see for yourself the difference.
