Sorry you're having trouble. I'd like to help. I recommend the KGO often for the higher voltage and longer-lasting battery. I've purchased four kits so far for family and friends. Are you using a cartomizer or the atomzer that came with it? What juice are you using?

The atomizers that come with these kits (Kgo,Ego,Riva) are not great. The cartridges are worthless imo. With cartomizers providing the heat element and filter in one, they are easier and more effective. I don't know why most if not all the suppliers put carts in the kits instead of cartomizers. It would make the experience go much smoother.

I've moved from buying kits to getting 2 batteries, a charger, a box of cartomizers and a few sample juices for what a kit costs and the new vaper is (truly) set. Hope to hear back from you.

Hi everybody!

Great to get so many answers!
I just went to the shop I bought it from, but they did not know what to say.

The KGO is great at least from the battery viewpoint. I used to smoke 1,5 packs a day, than3 DSE 901 batteries/day (180mAh). The KGO held a whole day without problem (and this when emptying it before the first 8 hour charging).

It's good to know that there are solutions and that I am not totally wacko :) (some people don't feel the sam diifference in taste).

I'm not sure what attys/cartomizers I can find near me (Brasov, Romania) so, if you have other suggestions please let me know.
Thanks again!

Happy to hear a tank is working for you. I've never tried it but sounds much better than pulling juice through a cartomizer. Pure and clean. Good for you!

Suggest a 1.5 ohm 306 atty on your Kgo (prolly don't want to try that on an Ego). It simulates HV vaping with a much warmer pull and better flavor. The Kgos will give a big mod a run for their money in performance with a LR atty. Good luck :)

Thanks, I'm going to ask about that atty.

They should get some cartomizers in the future - don't know if Boge ones - and maybe some liquids with stronger flavour. I might try them out.

But switching to the ego-T tank atomizer with tank cartridges seems already a good step ahead.
Still a good amount of vapor, better flavour + it's longer lasting.. I finally managed to get out of the house for a couple of hours without having to carry a bottle of e-liquid with me - the tank keeps all the drops fresh almost till the last ones become vapor.
I hope it will keep on working like this, since this is just my first time.
The problem of tanks - as they warned me - seems to be that they might spill some of their contents if you smoke it too hard, vapors condense etc.

After all, I am pretty pleased at the moment, since I am going on a longer vacation (honey-moon etc.) and finally have a solution that feels good and lasts longer (1100 mAh battery + tank cartridges - if they don't spill their content :p). I assume that carrying around 1 cig/1 battery and 3-4 tank carts might be enough for a whole day of sight-seeing.

If you also got any tips related to tank cartridges, I'd be greatful for them.

Thank you!

Edit: To increase the TH I tried an advice I read and did press the button 2 seconds before drawing from the cigarete. It works well (for both kinds of cartridges/attomizers).

Some more: with the tanks, I have to draw easier on the cigarrete. This was a reason I did not consider a tank at first. But, considering longer-lasting flavour (it's less then the first draws from a drip-in atty - but that effect wears out too fast for me) and a good TH, it's an acceptable compromise for me.

This is just a personal experience that I am discribing and can't guarantee it for someone else. And I don't know if the tanks have to be cleaned often to avoid a bad taste (I think yes). I'd also like to try some good cartomizers, since I understood that they might guarantee the best possible flavour. I tried one for DSE 901 today - a few draws only - and it felt very good.
