I've tried several choco-licious e-liquids, but they have mostly been...well, wrong somehow.
I just vaped my first taste of Kic Bass Vapor's Tootsy Rolly.
It manages to _exactly_ capture the flavor of the famous chewy candy, and it manages to do so without being overly sweet. This is quite a trick.
Tootsie Roll afficionados know that part of the secret to the unique Tootsie taste is just a hint of orange along with the chocolate and caramel. This is a tough balance, but BoB has nailed it.
His is a new business, and I'm not sure he's widely known outside ECF, but he soon will be.
This is one of the single best juices I've ever vaped.
BTW, I chose the 18 mg. nicotine strength.
Ratings: Scale 1 = wouldn't give it to my dog to bury, 10 = almost Heaven
Vapor
Using a Joye Ego with a full charge and a clean atomizer, vapor production rates a 6 or 7. I will try it on 5 volts to see if it's any better. Not bad, but don't expect a London fog
Body
9. This juice is perfect for dripping, but is not so heavy as to be unusable in a cartridge or cartomizer. It is almost perfect.
Flavor
10! And I mean it. If you love the trademark candy, you're going to get addicted to this juice. You don't get a lot of the taste on the inhale, but when you exhale, it's all there.
Throat Hit
4. This juice is gentle. You're not going to get a lot of TH with this one, but it's a candy flavor, and the lack of TH didn't bother me at all.
All Day Vape?
7 or 8. This might get a little cloying if vaped all day long. While not overly sweet, the flavor is distinctive.

8. The only reason I didn't rate it a full 10 is that a.) it doesn't produce as much vapor as some juices b.) I'd like a tiny bit more TH and c.) I don't think this is my ultimate all-day vape. Still, this is a real winner. Authenticity of taste makes this a must-try juice.
