A friend of mine have a kid with Muscular Atrophy and we are looking for the following item (see the picture please)...

Yes, It is a pointing finger on a stick! That is what we need. The kid can not move his arms any more and he use it at the school to "rise his hand"

CC, I will take a look around and see if I can find anything. Does it matter where it is (country wise)? Would there be any advantage to a stick that can also grab things (can he use his fingers)?
