Hi,
I was in my local chemist today and while I was waiting for my prescription I had my first real look at the patches, gum, inhalers etc.
The first thing that struck me was how expensive they were. No wonder BIG PHARMA wants ecigs banned.
I picked up a pack of inhalers and read the instructions. The first line says "For adults AND CHILDREN OVER 12." It said the same on the gum and lozenges as well.
So it's OK for kids to use these "approved" products but mention children and ecigs in the same conversation and the anti-nazis make such a fuss you could swear we'd just started WW3.
Just something to remember next time anyone says to you "what about the children".

Thank GOD my kids are grown now, but if I still had teenagers and found they were smoking, I would without hesitation guide them toward the e-cig. I know the e-cig is much better for the overall health of anyone using tobacco. I don't think it really matters how old you are. If you are smoking you are hurting yourself. Anything that can get them off the analogs is a good idea.
