I'm sorry that happened to you. It could be MUCH worse though eh....like burning you or the furniture! This brings up the idea that I hope people here and elsewhere take into consideration that could happen while traveling. It's obvious to all of us it would seem to take one's e-cigs apart when packing in one's luggage. I can just see someone NOT doing this and then they burn up in the bag and start a fire in the belly of a plane!!! THEN the ill word goes out to the rest of the world and on the news about how bad our e-cigs are!

Agreed. This is something the e-cig community should be aware of and should really take into consideration. I always take my e-cig apart when I'm done. That was one of the few times I didn't take it apart and as it turns out I had a bad problem. Thankfully nothing was destroyed but an atty and a cart. I cleaned the box so it doesn't stink anymore and cleaned my chair. But this is an issue that should be taken seriously.
