I'm kind of bummed out over my twist. I should have made a ticket when I first got the thing because the voltage dial didn't want to budge at first. With a little harder twist, it started moving. Thought all was well and good, so put it back in the shipping sleeve and let her set until I needed to use it while my main battery was charging.

Anyhow, I had to use it the other day and popped my 1.5-1.7 head right off the bat. Now, it could have been ready to go for all I know, but it got me to questioning the voltage. Yesterday, took the multimeter out and tested both batteries at all of the there settings and came up with this:

New Battery:
3.2=3.38
3.4=3.45
3.6=3.85
3.8=4.07
4.0=4.10
4.2=4.46
4.4=4.48
4.6=4.77
4.8=4.91

Old Battery:
3.2=3.37
3.4=3.42
3.6=3.65
3.8=3.82
4.0=3.98
4.2=4.20
4.4=4.41
4.6=4.63
4.8=4.80

I called and talked to Ethan about it, but since it's been well over 30 days since I bought it, no warranty. My lesson learned is, check the voltages as soon as you get it and it's fully charged. If the dial won't turn without a bit of force, stop right there and make a ticket on it for warranty coverage. Just wish I'd of tested it sooner, but being that it's only been used 3 times since I bought it, I didn't bother to check it. :(

We do warranty the devices for 3 months, sadly I guess it was just slightly over this. But even if it was within warranty unless it was an issue with the dial having issues moving, not charging, etc there's really nothing we can do. The twist was never meant to be an 'accurate' variable voltage device as far as being able to set it at 3.9 and it vape at 3.9. You have to guess where where the notch is at for one and it's basically just a device to to allow people to just twist the voltage to what they deem as a more pleasurable vaping experience.

This is where I'm bummed. When I ordered it on October 31st and received it, the voltage dial was locked up. I should have made a ticket right then. With a fairly good bit of torque, it started moving and it's been fine with movement ever since. I realize they aren't technically spot on in calibration. Just wondered why, when it was set to the same voltage as the original, it seemed so much stronger in output. I know why now. Anyhow, thanks for the reply. :p
