I have been vaping for about a week now...and I noticed that its making me cough a little and it feels.like my throat burns a little bit...can one help or give me advice to make this an easier process?... I'm on a 10ml nicotine juice with a 2.5omh coil...and I have the volts set around 3.8..to 3.5?

Some people can just jump straight in to vaping, but some people need a little bit of an adjustment period. What inhale technique do you use, mouth to lung or direct lung? Also, could be the juice you're using is getting burned, might try a lower power setting.

Tell us what your hardware and juices are and maybe we can offer some solutions. If there's a vape store nearby, they can offer in person assistance, but they'll probably suggest that you buy a particular combo.

Looks like the nearest vape shops are in College Station, Texas. Might the worth a trip. List of shops at the link.

And another vape shop map for Texas.

sounds like what I went through and if I've vaped a lot during the day I still get "frog throat"

hot tea, warm salt water gargles, honey herbal tea, up your water, change around your juices, what these folks said. My guy developed sensitivity to PG after two months or so...change it up and good luck!!

I had a sore throat for the first couple of weeks, but it did pass. These things helped me:
1. Stop inhaling for a few days - the nicotine is absorbed through the mouth anyway so inhaling is not necessary. I do like to inhale though, and can do so now no problems.
2. Take cough medicine to soothe the throat.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Switch to a juice with a higher VG content.
