Hello-

I've been vaping for about a year now. My husband (renderwerks) talked me into making a profile here. So, here I am. Hope to learn more, and maybe see what else is out there that I don't know about and haven't tried. Might be time to experiment a little. Sure I'll be searching and reading bunches.

Thanks, my husband is almost evangelical about PV's. Says they are probably one of the most signifigant inventions of modern times because of their ability to do something no other tobacco alternatives can - actually replace tobacco!

I'm amazed that we quit - expecially Rick, even he said he would probably never quit smoking. It was actually quite easy for both of us.

LOL I have to agree with your husband. I can't believe I didn't know about them before now. I have smoked for 25 years and 2 months before I found the PVs. I was able to quit within a few days of getting it. I am FLOORED it was this easy. As a matter of fact, I still have a pack of cigarettes from 2 weeks ago when I started that I found in my car. I went shopping today, out of habit, grabbed one and lit it up. After 2 puffs, I tossed it out the window. I can't believe I smoked them for so long!!!

Welcome to the forums! As you probably know, there's a wealth of information here. I can never stress enough to new vapers how important it is to become educated on equipment, liquids, etc.

My husband tells the story of "accidentally quitting" when he first starting vaping. He learned of them, and how inexpensive they are. Came home and said let me try this, I might be able to subsitute this some of the time and cut down our cost.

In three days he announced "these are way better, screw cigarettes" and hasn't looked back since. I finally got on the bandwagon about a year ago. He's going on 3-1/2 years now!
