So, as always...

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I had a look around and couldn't find anything (I hate the new "search" on ECF).

Anywho,

A good friend of mine was kind enough to give me a Kir Fanis tank (V2 I believe) to try with my Penelope. I love my Penelope and I'd like to think I'm least an expert with it by now. It has always performed flawlessly, including the wicking.

After installing the Kir Fanis tank, It isn't feeding properly. For the first few hits, it's fine, but then I can physically see that no juice is getting to the wick. The Gap between the control nut and the bottom of the mouth piece is BONE dry.If I close the juice control completely, then open it up again, the "gap" fills up and vapes fine until it empties. Pics below

Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas?

Thanks for the help, and as always, Vape Groovily :D

Also, I've tried it with a fresh coil, and complete disassembly.

I also tried to eliminate any potential vacuum by opening the top cap while the juice control was open. I just think there isn't enough of a gap between the juice control bottom and the window... Could I have gotten a "bad batch"?

Can you please take a picture with your Penelope tilted to the side, this way we can see if juice is really going to the bottom or not. If the mouth piece coil cover cap isnt touching the inside walls of the tank then I would think juice would have to get to the wicks. ??? Could be air lock ,

I could be wrong, but I believe what's stated is correct. V1/v2 can both be suspect. The newest is a "frosted" clear (V3) and works great. I don't currently use them but its there when I need it. And these work very well. Contacting Kir directly can clear this up. He'd likely just ship you a replacement.
