I just wanted to thank Gus and qorax again. Q really does a lot for the community for getting things out. Plus, he puts things in the mix for us.
Gus produces high quality products at great prices..fair for a quality mech with love put into it. That's for damn sure.. with a one of a kind switch. This is one company I plan on supporting.

Hey my switch had started to stick a little bit. Nothing major, just a feeling thing: it made a little "cling" when releasing which it didn't do before, and sometimes didn't immediately come back in place (we're talking microseconds but as i said it's about the feeling of it.)
Anyway if this happens to you my solution was to put a little bit of copper grease on the internal circle of the locking ring, on the part where the button is is contact. Now it acts like new, better even.
Before that i tried polishing all copper parts, then since it didn't work i greased the shaft where it's in contact with the bearings. No difference either. The culprit is in fact the button itself so it's an easy fix (don't need to dismantle the whole switch if you don't want to, just unscrew the button).

Not on mine, i had polished the internal of the washer and the button stem to no avail. Also greased the button stem, didn't work. Even tried without the washer and it made things worse. Which doesn't mean it can't happen of your switch of course. Grease at the button / locking ring junction made a wold of difference for me.

Lps1 for bearings, conductive grease for contacts that are the same alloys- dielectric/anti-oxidation grease when you have contacts that aren't the same alloy..little bit goes a long way.
Edit- I'll do this with this kind of mod..this will never go to work with me. I don't apply any grease to anything now..no mechs I have are nice enough not to go to work with me.. except this one. I'll post pictures soon.
