Kissbox atomizer making pop sounds

Has anyone else experienced this? Everytime the atomizer activates it makes a very audible "pop". It did not do this before. Is this a sign that the atomizer is about to die?

I've had this happen when my atomiser was flooded. Try blowing through the battery end onto a tissue and stick some tissue into the tube to touch the wick and absorb some of the juice.

Then try vaping without a cartridge and see if that helps. Don't dry it out too much though, just use your judgement for when a cartridge or juice is needed again.
