I e-mailed Harry at Janty to arrange my replacement, and he had this to say: "However, can you wait for a few days? We found out what the problem is with the manual switches and the USB cables. At this moment they fix it at the factory, and by the end of this week I will receive the new (and original) kissbox parts for replacements." (Emphasis mine)
So, bad news is I have to wait a few extra days, but good news for everybody is the improved parts will be shipping out to everyone soon.
