So im looking into putting my toe in the juice so to speak and mix my own. Found this kit: The DIY Flavor Artisan's Master Kit - One Stop DIY Shop Store. Thought itd be a good start.
Now i need recommendations. And explanations of possible. What blend? Do I go with 100% PG and then the dilution base of VG?
I'd like to go with a finished juice around 18mg.
Flavors? That's a good question lol I do know coffee, vanilla, caramel are on the list to start since I'd like to make a coffee juice with and without flavoring. I'm also getting waffle to make seperately.
Heck, I may go with the smaller kit to start small. But amounts and strengths I'm still uncertain of.
Any help greatly appreciated! Oh, and an app for calculations (I only use my phone for Internet)

It's a decent kit for getting you all the essentials together for your first go which should make it alot easier to do stuff properly. I'd go with the Flavor Apprentice Professional flavors list personally because I know some lorann flavors are oil based and that makes them unhealthy, but I don't know which ones are or are not.

As far as bases go that's on you to do your math for your preference. If you're getting the 36mg/ml base then you'll net roughly 140ml of liquid after adding flavorings to achieve your 18mg desired strength. The good side of this equation is that you'll need to dilute your base liquid by half so it'll be easy to stay around 50/50 either way the only varying factor will be the flavorings which I believe are PG. If you want more PG then 50/50 get a PG base and cut in half with VG then calculate what you'll get after adding the PG based flavoring. But if you really want a higher pg like 70% you're going to have to go up a bit in nic level. But alot of people seem to like the 50/50's. I prefer about 70VG/30PG.

There's a good calculator for the PC called ejuicemeup eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator but for a phone I don't have a clue.

Hope this helps you out a bit.
