Kit or PV to hold "upside down" comfortable without leaking?

I am totally new here and I possibly want to buy my first kit or PV. And I want to choose well.

I googled for two days before I signed up here.

As for the look I would prefer something black or even black with gold so I would pick up an Ego or Kgo.

On the other hand I do not believe in small steps and spending more money on upgrades so I considered buying an iTaste 134, eVic or Tesla.

However, I am sure I want to hold it a way which people tend to call here "upside down". Which is by the way the normal way to hold a cigarette until you are depressed or pessimistic. (I am not trolling, if you do not believe me, read any book about body language.)

On every video I have seen people hold the big beasts "upright", which I understand in the case of a iTaste 134. It looks heavy.

But I do not want to do that. It reminds me to using a pipe instead of a cigarette. I want to sit back, look at the sky and smoke that way. Like a cigar.

I read on many pages that Ego can leak if I hold it upside down. Not even am I sure Ego would work that way. I never had any e-cigarette, but as I told on the videos people smoke them upright.

Today I bought a disposable Insmoke which comes without nicotine but works the way I want to hold it and it is also comfortable to hold that way. I also ordered disposable V2s to try out real e-smoking. (In my country it is not allowed to sell E-cigarette with nicotine).

My questions is what kind of E-cigarette (or E-Cigar) can be hold "upside down" or at least horizontal without any risk of leaking and in a with comfortable way.

Price does not really matter, however, I do not like the Provari's look and I doubt they can be hold confortable in the way I want to as they look like heavy too.

Thank you.

The ability to hold it upside down is dependent wholly on the topper you put on your battery. I've never had a problem with leaking because of being held upside down on any device that I use besides some rebuildable drippers and all genesis rebuildables.

I often lay on the couch and hit my pv completely upside down with no adverse side effects.

Maybe, i think you should take a look at a spinner battery. It's slim, not really heavy, a single charge can last all day. The rainbow spinner is a particular favourite with girls. As far as a vapour device is concerned i would always recommend Protank II. Can be held horizontally and upside down really. It doesn't leak, but condensation will eventually drip out if it is held upside down for too long. You can also get different coloured tanks for it. Very pretty.:)

The OP has a really good question!!!!

In my experience, and Kanger bottom coil clearo like a protank mini, protank, EVOD, T3, etc. will have some liquid that can drip back out through the tip if held upside down. In addition, you would have to eventually tip it back 'right side up' to re-wet the wicks to keep the coil moist.

If it was me, I would probably use a cartomizer for those upside down moments. Since I haven't used a carto for a long time, can anyone else chime in about if the batting suficiently holds the liquid in?????

Amanda, all the batteries will be fine for what you want. Its the "topper" or 'liquid holding tank and atomizer' that may not be good for upside down use.

Fortunately, cartomizers can be (and usually are) 510 threaded, so you can just sitch to one of those for your 'upside down' vaping times. As long as your battery is 510 threaded, you should only have to buy a cartomizer.....
