KR808 malfunction, what should I do with it?

I have a few kr808D1 models and have never had a problem till tonight. I was filling cartomizers for them, but one together, vaped two or three drags, put in down. A few minutes later I smell something here in my kitchen and it smells like burning yuck. I look over to my PV case, and one of the batteries / led's is glowing . I checked the button to make sure it was not stuck and when I did, the cartomizer burned the crap out of me. I also noticed the end cap thing was missing, and I still can't find it. I pushed the manual button several times till the LED went out, took the cart off etc. As i type, the led is on again( do I have ghosts). WHat the heck is going on? should I watch it till the batt dies completely and then discard it? What?

I have a few of these in my arsenal and use them now as back ups, I prefer my 510's. But these KR808's have been a good starter, I don't want to trash them. Help.

Just my personal opinion but at the slightest sign of malfunctioning I toss batteries, both KR and the various sizes I use on several mods. The level of manufacturing quality and consistency with these items seems below average at best. Not worth risking injury, purchase some replacements and vape on.

Thanks, I will toss it when I know the batt is dead. I will keep the other KR808's but I will keep a close eye on them.

Where did you purchase them from? You might want to inform them that there's some sort of circuitry problem.
