I've been using a 1000 mAh 808-threaded VGo from Vapors Heaven for about two months now and absolutely love it. Vapes about a day to a day and half of very heavy use. Uses all 808/901 gear of which there is plenty. All the major CE2 systems are available in 808, cartos in any size and variation you could possibly want, and the excellent 901 atomizers work great. As a bonus you can use all your old V4L stuff (cartos and chargers) and keep the smaller bats for backups and discreet situations.

The 808 thread is growing even more popular lately, particularly as people like us "upgrade" from their standard KR 808D-1 "beginner" kits and get a bit more advanced. Check out companies like Got Vapes, Ikenvape, and Vapors Heaven to start and mods that can be customized with a 808 or 901 connection if you want something more advanced (the VV Buzz/Buzz Pro, for example, from notcigs.)

True, KR808/901 equipment is growing in popularity so it's not a bad choice sticking with KR808 (not to be confused with DSE808 which is a different thread altogether).

Personally I prefer 510 since I've had a difficult time locating KR808 carto's.

You can always use an adapter for cross-compatibility. I'm using a 901->510 Adapter and it's working fine.

When I started vaping and done some research. I found that the ego-t type b was the thing I needed. It holds 2 ml of juice which is going to last a while. Just pop the top off, fill, and your good to go. BUT, as with most other pv's. There's some tweaking involved to make it last and capable of performing at it's peak level just like any other pv. Some don't like it because of that fact but they seem to have no problems tweaking other mods and pv's...

Overall, I still use it. Even though I have two Reo's now that I use most of the time. With the type b model, it seems to bring out flavors that dripping and bottom feeding can't. Also, with the 1000 mah battery, you can use it for almost the whole day.

So, I would definitely recommend the ego-t type b which would be a step up from what you were using. Personally I HATE cartomizers. It's more of a hassle than a tank. Seriously, even filling it annoys the hell out of me.

I find 808d-1 cartos the best for out an about. I used to plunge them in the rubber thing to refill and (sometimes) then spin, then I went to just un screwing the carto and dropping 2-3 drips in the thread end and drawing the liquid in to make sure it was all the way so it didn't drip into the auto battery. Kind of like getting out a lighter. It takes me about 10 sec. At home I used a passthrough and a drip tip.

Have been using the ego type 2 again recently but it chews so much liquid it blows my head off with my high strength liquid. (plus it leaks most of the time in my jacket... that reminds me, gotta do some washing...
