One of the batteries I got in a starter kit lasted for 5 charges - now it's totally dead. The starter kit guarantee was for 14days but reading it seems like consumables are not covered so I'm asking for advice since both parts of a 2 piece are what I would consider consumables.
Is it normal a battery might only last this long & just has to be worked into expenses or would this be something you would try & get replaced on guarantee. Is it worth the hassle/cost of returning, or is it a case of sh*t happens & just move on and stockpile batteries.
How many batteries would you suggest keeping on hand?
Thanks for any advice, don't really want to bug a supplier if a more experienced user wouldn't - err hope that made sense.
