I was considering them about 3 months ago. I ended up getting an Elite 808 because I couldn't find any reviews on the DM1. As far as I can tell, they're quite similar. The DM1 had an extra 100 mah. If the battery is any longer than my Elite (which is about 3-1/2 inches long, or 83 mm), I wouldn't want it because the Elite barely fits in my pocket as it is. I'm currently looking for something with longer battery life, but I think I want at least 650 mah. Right now I'm using the cartos for the DM1 on my Elite because they cost less. They're exactly the same size, and I can't discern any difference between them other than the color. I'd be very surprised if the DM1 wasn't at least as good a product as the Elite.

Thanks Catmom. I recently found the V-Go at Analog Alternative. I think it is pretty much the same unit as the DM1 with slight differences. It has 650mah batteries-$21.95 and XL KR Cartos $7.95. Do you know of any drip tips that will fit the DM1? I would really like one, but the vendor says they don't carry any to fit that model. The whistle tip on there is 1mm.

The VGo at Analog Alternative is at the top of my list for my next purchase. I've already ordered some of the cartos to try them out.

None of the drip tips I have fit the DM1 cartos. I only have ones that fit the regular 808 cartos. Personally, I like the whistle tips better than drip tips. I've been planning to look for whistle tips that will fit the VGo cartos

I have tested the M1 clear cartomizers. They work with the standard KR808D-1 batteries. However, I haven't tested an M1 battery. I assume the body of the battery is fatter than a KR808D-1 because the M1 clear carts are fatter at the screw end (shaped like a funnel) even though they fit the KR808D-1.
They work just as good as the KR808D-1T clear cartomizers, but they hold more juice.
I'll try to upload a picture later.

John, yes the batteries are fatter than a regular 808. I know the inside diameter of the carto is 1 mm. I have used the ClearoCartos, but not for the DM1. When they work they are a very nice carto. I have just had a lot of issues with them. I have about 4 in working order-out of 15. So they haven't held up well for me. I had 2 that acquired a leaking problem from the bottom, 1 that was cracked in the package, 1 that got warm & tubing just lifted off atomizer when I tried to unscrew it, the rest all cracked & no I wasn't screwing them on too tight. I believe I heard about a mod to these maybe using syringe type plastic. If anyone has a link to that I would appreciate it, or if anyone knows what size syringe you would need to get that would be helpful.
