Kracken only performs like a dripper not a tank?

I bought one of these and don't understand how i can get it to perform like a tank , i always seem to have to drip on the wick on top of the tank .

Any ideas

You can do a U wick. leave the tails on the bottom of the tank so they absorb the juice

My first RTA was a Kraken. Never could get it to wick any kind of cotton, u-wick, vent hole unplugged, or otherwise... Then I learned they made tanks where gravity actually works for you instead of against you.... bought a Kayfun and the sky was the limit, and never looked back at another genny style again. Some swear by genny style atties using ss mesh.... meh, not for me.
