Krimson Kustoms - Total Lack of Communication

I ordered a cheap bottom-feeder from Krimson Kustoms on September 23. I received no email or timeline when I would expect it. I do understand that it may take time as it is custom. On October 3, I still had no information as to when to expect it, so I sent a message through his website's contact link. He replied back to me stating that he had a couple orders to do before mine and I should expect it shipped the following week. This would had been two weeks ago. I received no new update.

I sent an email a few days ago requesting an update. I received no response.

So where is the communication?

He contacted me and due to unavoidable circumstances life throws at us, could not respond until recently. He will be resolving the issue.
