WordUpecig Customer service Lacking!

I placed my original order with Word Up back in July and have been ordering misc items from them ever since, and haven't had an issue, until this week.

I placed an order on Monday for a charger as mine broke and didnt have a way to charge my DSE 901. Knowing that they were probably closed on Monday for the holiday i was ok with that. On Tuesday i did not receive any information about my order, I emailed 2 separate email addresses and called and left a voice mail also. Did not hear a word on Tuesday.

On Wednesday i emailed again to inquire about my order, where was it, what was going on. I receive an email stating they had a busy holiday weekend and didn't have time to ship it out, but it would be shipping on Wed. (Note i ordered expedited shipping).

After emailing back that i should have been informed on Tuesday that my order had not shipped and why it hadn't shipped and that i was seriously contemplating giving them a bad review i get a response from the owner they tried to call my contact number and couldn't leave a message (Lie) i tested it it was fine. she goes on to say how i sent them a threatening email. My statement was if i didn't get an answer to where my order was i would post a bad review (yea threatening isn't it).

Overall the owner had a ....ty temperament and attitude towards me as a loyal customer and tried to say i threatened her, which is BS. i keep all emails so i have a proven record of the whole conversation.

All a customer wants is communication and if they are paying a company for a product they should get that communication.

If you want good customer service don't expect to get it from WordUpecig.

Patience is a virtue. Your statement that you were going to post a bad review is making a threat. The holidays have gotten people behind, the USPS is behind and so are most other businesses. You tone is somewhat aggressive right now, you just joined this forum and you admit that you have had no issues prior to this. I have to wonder what is going on here. My last order was shipped and sat in the PO until Tuesday night when USPS routed it the wrong direction. I knew when I placed the order that with the holidays the PO would be a mess, I expected that as would any reasonable person. My packages, from 2 different places will both all be here tomorrow. Same timetable as always from USPS. As far as your perception of threatening one doesn't not have to threaten bodily harm or great calamity to have an aggressive tone. Even your comment (LIE) about the phone message sounds angry and unreasonable. Phones can and do act up, calling someone a liar based on that is childish. Yes you should expect to be treated respectfully by a vendor but the vendor also deserves respect. I have your invoice in front of me and have also reviewed the phone tapes, yes everything is tracked, and I have heard your phone message saying your box was full. Your order was placed on Monday 2-3 day delivery which the USPS does not guarantee. There is no indication in your comment section about express shipping. Laurin did attempt to call you at your contact number a second time as well and the call was hung up on your end before she could speak to you. My final comment on this situation is that since the 901 chargers were out of stock Jeff pulled a kit and sent you the charger from it rather than having you wait for the single charger to be in stock. To summarize, you did not pay for express shipping or put anything on your order about it being express, you made the threat of making a negative post, and you called Laurin a liar. Your charger was shipped and will arrive on time based on the shipping method you requested and paid for. Thank you, Lisa

Say what you will your service was lousy on this particular instance. Yep i did threaten to leave a negative review you don't like it too bad, do your job. As far as my phone or your supposed attempted call, it is a LIE. I have caller ID up to 50 numbers and there is/was no number on there, as was there no message. So yea your full of it. Another lie, i did pay for expedited shipping i have the email receipt to PROVE it! You earn respect, it is not given, and it can be taken away.

Well at least Jeff tried to do something in the way of customer service, to bad the rest of the persons couldn't.

Dont worry i wont be posting again in regards to your lousy service or contacting your "service" (ha) for anything, i found a real vendor who actually contacts their customers within 5 minutes if there is a question or problem.

Thanks for the update. Shipping rates are as follows 2-3 day priority $5.50 Overnight shipping $24.99. You selected and paid $5.50, that's 2-3 day priority. Phone calls were placed and recorded, maybe you should check and make sure you gave us the correct phone number. Best of luck to you on your vaping journey, I'm pleased to see that you are satisfied.
