I placed my original order with Word Up back in July and have been ordering misc items from them ever since, and haven't had an issue, until this week.
I placed an order on Monday for a charger as mine broke and didnt have a way to charge my DSE 901. Knowing that they were probably closed on Monday for the holiday i was ok with that. On Tuesday i did not receive any information about my order, I emailed 2 separate email addresses and called and left a voice mail also. Did not hear a word on Tuesday.
On Wednesday i emailed again to inquire about my order, where was it, what was going on. I receive an email stating they had a busy holiday weekend and didn't have time to ship it out, but it would be shipping on Wed. (Note i ordered expedited shipping).
After emailing back that i should have been informed on Tuesday that my order had not shipped and why it hadn't shipped and that i was seriously contemplating giving them a bad review i get a response from the owner they tried to call my contact number and couldn't leave a message (Lie) i tested it it was fine. she goes on to say how i sent them a threatening email. My statement was if i didn't get an answer to where my order was i would post a bad review (yea threatening isn't it).
Overall the owner had a ....ty temperament and attitude towards me as a loyal customer and tried to say i threatened her, which is BS. i keep all emails so i have a proven record of the whole conversation.
All a customer wants is communication and if they are paying a company for a product they should get that communication.
If you want good customer service don't expect to get it from WordUpecig.
