Why can't COV respond to emails?!?

I've sent numerous requests for updates to the status of my order that was placed almost a month ago (7Jun). Everything I ordered (GG parts) showed available/in stock/orderable (not "notify me"). I received one update about 2 weeks ago saying it would ship in about a week, well it's about a week AFTER that supposed ship time and still no update to numerous status requests. At least VK responded to you regularly on Imeo's stuff, sure wish they were still carrying it. I even called the phone number in Bruce's signature line in the email and got some groggy sounding person saying it wasn't Bruce and wasn't COV?!? I find that hard to believe...if you don't want to take calls about it, don't give a number!!!

Hey guy,

Sorry we havent responded to any CS tickets monday or tuesday... We are shipping out all of our Ody pre-orders currently.

Please realize that I did respond to ALL CS tickets up to Friday the 22nd, as I do not work on the weekends, then we put it on hold until we can ship out all preorders, please see COV Forum for info on that.

Also I did respond to all CS Tickets retaining to the Ody availability and updates.

So did you fill out a CS Ticket?

Also, I will check with the number. It is odd that you did not reach the COV line.
