Would you believe them putting a note on my packing slip that pre-fill carts are refillable since I had ordered a three pack of blanks? I was very pleasantly shocked for getting that tip, since if I refill the prefills, they lose a potential sale. That was refreshing honesty.

Other businesses may have been tempted to get that little bit extra sale, but I believe they've earned your trust so therefore will do better in the long run.
