I ordered a 30ml Orange Julius from Gourmet Vapor, but when I received it I was disappointed in the flavor. It did not taste like an Orange Julius, rather like Orange with a little vanilla. I wrote it off and called Gourmet Vapor to see when they were having another sale so I could try the 50-50 blend of Chocolate and Cocoa. I mentioned my experience with the Orange Julius and Wow! They sent me a 30ml bottle of 50-50 Chocolate and Cocoa FREE! They told me they stand for customer satisfaction and I believe them. What class!

Some similar situation happened to me. I created a flavor that was just horrible and I accidentally ordered it in 24mg (I'm a 0 nic guy) to boot. Sara offered to send me said flavor in 0 nic for free, but I told her honestly that it was a mistake I made and that I should have gotten another flavor I was eyeing in the first place. SO what do you know, she responds back telling me she sending that flavor right away. Gourmet vapors customer satisfactions is aces all around IMO :)

I also had an occasion to call their customer service, and was really impressed with Sara. I had ordered a small bottle of one flavor and beore it got here, the started a major discount and ordered the same flavor that was on its way. But when it arrived it wasn't anything close to what I thought it would be. So I called Sara to change the flavor that hadn't been shipped yet. When she asked what I expected from that flavor, I discribed it. She made the change, BUT included a free 30 ml bottle of something that was right on what I was looking for (no charge for it). And the one that I didn't like was a 15 ml bottle!

Gourmet Vapor is my go to vendor, but Johnson Creek is a close second for some of their specialty flavors.
