Hey Guys, OP here. My tracking info did update to show an expected delivery date of TOMORROW! That will be 6 days, WAAAAH! As of 8:03 PM yesterday the package was showing still in Kerney, NJ. I have checked my tracking information so many times I think they are gonna get me for STALKING! Nothing to do but wait it out, I guess. In the meantime I have been thinking of all the things I am going to LOVE about vaping vs smoking ...... no more lighters, no more ashes blowing back in the car window, no more burning my clothes when an ash falls, no more OCD hair washing trying to get the cigarette smell out, no more freezing my ... off smoking outside, no more yucky ashtrays to wash, no more worrying that I smell like smoke when I hug someone ...... it's all good! Maybe I will go check that tracking information again!



There are just so many benefits to vaping.

I was listing some in a post last week and one of them is I sleep better because I am breathing deeper.

Also, did you ever notice yellow spots on some of your clothes?

It took me awhile to realize it was from smoke.

I absolutely love vaping and I know you will too.

Hey Nanny22, you better go check that tracking information again! LOL!

Don't feel bad, I do it too and if that is considered stalking, I'm in a world of hurt!

Cindy -- I hope you are right about sleeping better! I have HORRIBLE insomnia at times. Even on a good night I will take an hour or more to fall asleep and will wake up every hour or so because I can't seem to STAY asleep. I am so envious of anyone who can just doze off whenever they please. I have to have everything perfect .. sound spa with ocean waves or some kind of noise, reed diffuser with a favorite scent next to the bed, the temperature has to be just right, pillows have to be just right, can't need to pee ...... I have tried everything, even switching my all day drink of Diet Dr. Pepper to plain old water and it doesn't make a bit of difference. So, sleeping better would be a real added bonus!

I've heard if you can lay completely still with your eyes closed for 20 minutes you can fall asleep anywhere anytime. It doesn't help me stay asleep all night but it does help me drift off faster. I used to toss and turn for at least an hour while my brain ran overdrive. It still won't shut up but before I know it I'm actually sleeping

Thanks always9988, I will give that another try. I always find I start THINKING a few minutes in, just can't clear my mind. I've literally tried everything except sleeping pills. I read once to count backwards from 300 by threes (300, 297, 294, 291...) and I can sometimes trick my brain by doing that. It requires a little more concentration, so you don't drift so easily back into thinking your own thoughts again. Soooo frustrating!

2 quarts of mascal wine and a bottle of percoset will get you to sleep much quicker. add some paint thinner to keep from ...... yourself while your in a coma.

Yup. My biggest problem is holding still though....

I have had migraines for the last 15 years or so and of course that has caused me problems with my sleep.

Have tried so many sleeping pills and none of them really worked for me.

Tried the natural route, and that didn't help either.

I take alot of pain meds daily so I know that doesn't help.

I never realized how affected my breathing was until about 3 weeks after I had quit smoking, I was trying to sleep and got a few really deep breaths and thought how weird is this, I couldn't do this before.

After that, I was falling asleep much easier.

It must be because my body can take those deep breaths it was needing.

Anyway, that's all I can figure.

i eat a little watermelon to help me sleep, it has polysaccharide carbohydrates that increase the bodies output of serotonin. eat a couple small pieces for dessert after your dinner and your brain is less likely to wake up due to distractions once you fall asleep.

it also has Lycopene, which is good for the skin and how i keep my .... hair all silky smooth.

it's all fluff....most of my replies are pure guess work mixed with some random keyboard button mashing and hoping it forms words.


i'm amazed i've made it this far really.
