The only thing to watch out for with Kanger Sub-Tanks is leaking. With my mini I have been forced to make sure everything is extra tight, then when it is still upside down after refilling, I put the drip tip on and dry it hit to create a vacuum as i tilt it upright. It seems to stop the leaking problem I was having a lot early on. Unfortunately this can be a bit annoying. From what I understand the Atlantis doesn't have this issue. It left me wishing I had bought an atlantis just to avoid this. lol

The Kanger Sub-tanks use organic cotton in their coils so they seem to be on board for those.

PhillyMike read what I said before on dealing with the leaking issue. It seems to help.

weird for me its if i over tighten the base it pushes out the bottom pin. are you rewicking yours? thats my main problem with the leaking when i rewick the occ heads, i ether use to much cotton getting dry hits or it leaks and vapes good.

Cotton isn't perfect for all applications. Silica wick is superior at maintaining its shape and doesn't burn out as quickly.

Not a good enough reason to use it given what we know about its toxicity. I'm surprised it continues to be used at all...

An old thread on the subject...

When I was rebuilding Kanger coils, my cotton/microcoils lasted far longer than any of theirs did, because the superior wicking of KGD cotton never allowed my builds to burn... not to mention that I could actually taste my juice.
