About 6 weeks ago, I bought two Riva 510 batts. One of them went bad. LF replaced it with no problems.

I had a battery issue recently also - they fixed it as quick as they ship out regular orders and if you've ordered from them before you know how amazingly fast that is. They get 1 thumbs way up and would get 2 but I can't put down their hardware long enough to put that other thumb in the air.
+1 for this. Shipping is always lightning fast and I'm always beyond pleased with my orders.
I have a battery from a Riva kit I got last week whose LED stopped working. I don't necessarily care if it lights up when I push the button, but since it was working and now isn't, I want to make sure this isn't a sign of things to come. I really, really like the kit a lot - even ordered a second, which is taking a detour across the country right now, I suspect (was supposed to be delivered on September 2nd, but is still in transit). I'm sure I will hear back from them after the holiday weekend. I hear only good things about this company, and my first order shipped at the speed of sound.
Between the Rivas and the 510s with drip tips, I have been able to vape happily with less frustration than before. Liberty Flights has amazing prices on most of the stuff I use too.

Put a support email in to Ty, he will sort that. We sell a lot of these devices, a lot of customers therefore. I wouldn't expect the ones who don't have issues to post really 
I'd like to say thanks, too. I just placed my first, (but not last) order with Liberty Flights and can't tell you how happy I am with the Riva 901 kit, as well as everything else that I ordered. Great service too. I am such a fan of the 901's. It must be the single hole in the atomizer, or something. But, I was wondering, do they make tanks and cartomizers for the 901?
There is a tank system for the riva 901 AND dse 901 (riva 901 tank is like the eGo t and the dse 901 tank is like the 510 t). We have the Riva 901 tanks in stock on the UK warehouse, not on the site though. The one I have been using has been pretty good Long live the 901's!
