Due to a few recent transactions with TW I felt it necessary for a bit of praise.
Short and sweet, I recently had a bit of trouble with two orders placed with them due to what I would classify as manufacturer QC issues. Not only did TW quickly address my concerns (longest I waited to receive a reply to an email with them was maybe a day), the most I had to do "labor" wise to get the issues corrected was take a couple pics of defective items. Both orders were credited very promptly, and without hassle. They will definitely have a fair share of my business from now on!
