Kudos to V4L Customer Service!!!! Wow... 10:30 on a Sat night and someone from customer service replies to your e-mail!!! You would not see that from most companies at all!!! Thank you Robert!!! Thank You V4L!
I just think that credit should be given when credit is due. As I said in the original post, most companies would not respond like that .... most companies are not like V4L.
Ditto here.....Robert at V4L customer service responded to my email (on a Saturday at 5:30 pacific time) to resolve a leaky bottle issue I had in my order received today. I've been alive for 50 years and have never dealt with any company who's service came anywhere close to that of V4L. I wish everyone operated their businesses like them!
Well I think they could stop me from ordering every darn week. I just love their juice and their premium cartos plus there is a new sale going all the time so it has become my new addiction.
