Anticipating a government crackdown, and taking steps to prepare for it, I made an extremely large purchase of juices and hardware through multiple vendor sites last week. In the midst of these transactions my credit card company refused to process orders. I called the credit card company and assured them that it was indeed myself making those orders. The company told me that they would release the hold but that the order I had made with vaporbomb did not go through and I would have to reorder, which I did.
A day or two later I found an email from vaporbomb stating that I had 2 similar orders with them and did I want them both. Evidently the cc company had misinformed me and they processed them both. I called VaporBomb, explained what had happened and they refunded my cc one of the orders no problem.
Today I found another email from VaporBomb. Evidently I had ordered so much of a particular flavor it was going to take them a few days longer than normal to process it. Did I mention that I really love cinna bomb?
Since it was going to take them longer to do, they added an extra 30ml bottle of juice to my order. Sweet!! Can't say enough good things about them.
