After 4 days of trying to contact VB I am fed up and frustrated. I put in my order on the 11th and its been 10 days now of waiting. I thought it was USPS's fault, all I wanted was for someone to get back with me and let me know what can be done if I never recieve the juice I payed for. I've contacted the PO and today I heard back and get this. It was never shipped? According to them the package was never physically scanned. They have only recieved notification that VB MEANT to ship it. They did say it was possible, though unlikely that it was shipped and just for some reason never got scanned.
Heres my problem. You guys make great juice. I have always enjoyed doing buisness with VB in the past and have never had a complaint. I am not one to air my difficulties with a vendor publicly on the forums. Whats the point? All can usually be sorted out via email or phone. This is the exception because there is seemingly NO way to contact VB. I emailed through the site, emailed Harry directly and called to get a recorded message. I did leave a message, maybe someone will call me back, but at this point Im just done caring. All I wanted was a response to a couple simple questions. If my package was never shipped I should have been told it was going to take longer. If it was shipped, then at the least someone could have replied and let me know how long I would have to wait before a refund could be issued. Im done ordering from Vaporbomb. Its just not worth it for me. This will be my last order. I want the juice I payed for or my money back. If I dont hear back by the end of the day I'll stop payment on cc and we'll call it even. I know this comes across as pretty angry, and probably some people will jump to defend their favorite vendor, but on my end, I was polite, I've been waiting for 10 days on an order and VB is only a state away from me. The lack of communication is what is getting to me, and I've just had it.
