Lack of communication!

After 4 days of trying to contact VB I am fed up and frustrated. I put in my order on the 11th and its been 10 days now of waiting. I thought it was USPS's fault, all I wanted was for someone to get back with me and let me know what can be done if I never recieve the juice I payed for. I've contacted the PO and today I heard back and get this. It was never shipped? According to them the package was never physically scanned. They have only recieved notification that VB MEANT to ship it. They did say it was possible, though unlikely that it was shipped and just for some reason never got scanned.

Heres my problem. You guys make great juice. I have always enjoyed doing buisness with VB in the past and have never had a complaint. I am not one to air my difficulties with a vendor publicly on the forums. Whats the point? All can usually be sorted out via email or phone. This is the exception because there is seemingly NO way to contact VB. I emailed through the site, emailed Harry directly and called to get a recorded message. I did leave a message, maybe someone will call me back, but at this point Im just done caring. All I wanted was a response to a couple simple questions. If my package was never shipped I should have been told it was going to take longer. If it was shipped, then at the least someone could have replied and let me know how long I would have to wait before a refund could be issued. Im done ordering from Vaporbomb. Its just not worth it for me. This will be my last order. I want the juice I payed for or my money back. If I dont hear back by the end of the day I'll stop payment on cc and we'll call it even. I know this comes across as pretty angry, and probably some people will jump to defend their favorite vendor, but on my end, I was polite, I've been waiting for 10 days on an order and VB is only a state away from me. The lack of communication is what is getting to me, and I've just had it.

My last couple orders from Vapor Bomb took longer than usual too. I noticed that when I received my shipping statement in the email, it wasn't "processed" by the Post Office for 3-4 days after the fact. I used to get my packages less than 2 days after ordering, I really liked this fast shipping on Vapor Bombs part but like I said my last couple orders took a lot longer than I had expected and I live in Ohio too.

I am glad your issue has been resolved, If I had to wait 10 days after getting a shipped email and still haven't received my package I would be po'd too.

I've also had problems recently I ordered my only juice I use which is fire n ice, when I received it, it was clear instead of the usual yellow and tastes awful I think someone screwed up my mix, so I sent customer service two requests on the site also emailed the customer service email address and have yet to receive a response it's been two days I'm positive this is the wrong juice and want to let them know so now I have to order more because it's the only juice I use and Im about out. Kinda frustrating, I understand stuff happens I would just like a response, op I'm glad you got sorted out hopefully I'll get some help soon.
 
Seems like the best way is to call them directly and leave a message. I havent had any luck via email.

I've never had a problem with VaporBomb,but in general once a supplier gets established they start to slack on the customer service aspect. I can think of three suppliers that once shipped within 24 hours,and now it's 2-3 days.

Ah, the pains of growing...the price of success. Just like you, I can think of a good lot of suppliers that used to ship same-day or within 24hrs, however that simply isn't always going to happen when a good company develops a good customer base and does a good amount of business as a result of good quality products and services.

Sure, things happen that aren't always to our liking: I've lost count of the number of companies that have screwed up my order, and some of them do this on a regular basis. Anymore, I almost *expect* to receive jacked-up orders from anyone I order from...except VaporBomb. I've been ordering VB juice on a regular basis since they opened up their doors, and only once have I ever experienced a discrepancy that was fixed with a quick phone call. Problem solved, crisis averted.

It should not take numerous emails and calling to get a response. Thats not fair to their customers, and not a good way to keep them either. The fact that I didnt get a response until I made this post speaks volumes. I have no problem with VB, they did right by me and fixed the mistake. THANK YOU. I apprieciate it. Im not however willing to take the chance of this happening again, I cant wait for 2 weeks to get an order, and Im not comfortable with how long it took to have the issue addressed. I've found other vendors that meet my needs, but thats just me. In general I would say VB is a decent company, and they make a stellar product, but they have lost my buisness, which Im sure wont hurt them in the least!

typocinnamongrl..................IMO this post was not needed. You've already stated your issues. No need to kick a dead horse.

I think some of our vendors here on site have allowed us to have very high expectations. Yes, I too used to get a 24 hr turn around. However, this is typically unheard of in the ecommerce world. How many vendors outside of this ecig world would have such a quick turn around and ship time. Even now, it usually only takes 4 business days to get my order from VB. Have I had mix ups? Sure I have, however a telephone call to them quickly takes care of the issue.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but lately they have had employee turn around which I am sure has put VB at a disadvantage, yes I know that's not your problem. It's a shame their customer service is getting such a bad rap here. Mistakes happen with all companies and VB goes out of their way to make things right. That should account for something.
 
Im sorry if you were offended. Im not bashing VB... we oviously have very different opinions on what constitutes as good customer service. I was the one who started this thread.. which should probably be closed now. I think Im entitled to comment on the fact that this wasnt a simple issue of untimley shipping. I am very aware of VB's changes regarding their staff. YES they made it right and I am grateful for that. Pretty sure I said that already. Multiple times.

I just want to remind everyone we are talking about a nicotine addiction here, the shipment was never mailed out originally. Most of us go crazy watching a package travel to us, imagine not seeing that package budge, especially if it's one of your go to flavors you are totally out of it. Those feelings are going to linger, for a while.

When I bought cigarettes and my brand wasn't available I took my business elsewhere or I chose another brand because I wanted a cigarette right then and there.
 
Thank you vapi. That was all I've been trying to say. And I dont understand why "24 hour turn around" is being mentioned. I never expected a 24 hour turn around.. I think its great if a company can get you shipped in 2 or 3 days. So impaitence was not my issue... Maybe my situation was not typical of VB. I really dont know, but the ONE thing that bothered me more than anything else was that it was so hard to get in touch. I was honestly worried there for a bit that I was going to be out 40 bucks. That shouldnt have happend. No matter what the buisness is... when you pay money for a product and it never arrives, there should be someone you can talk to pretty quickly. I worried for days... and that is what will keep me for going back. Of course Im saying this before I taste the deliciousness that is Strawberry waffle for the first time in weeks.... lol
