This is probably so!
What I have decided to try is to fill my cartomizers, put the carto-condum on the threaded end, and leave the carto-condum off of the top end, leaving in the bung (little stopper with the small hole in the top that comes with the cartomizers) to let it breathe for about 6-8 hours.
After that, I'll put them in the plastic box that they came in (Halo cartos).
For my 510 Stainless dual-coil cartomizers, I'll put the other carto-condom on the top after "steeping" or "breathing" the carto.
I will let you know what my findings are, as I have already filled and prepared the cartomizers.

ok....checked with a chemist....seems it is ok to leave the lid off e-liquid (I still say eeewww tho)...about all that will happen is that the nic will oxidize with contact with air and yellow up.

I'm using a jewelry roll for the stuff I carry around with me at all times. The batteries and an an extra cartridge in one pocket, flavors in another, and the big pouch is for the charger.
Thank you! I pride myself on being able to put together excellent "kits." When I was rolling cigarettes I had a lovely one, now I have a lovely one for e-cigs instead!
I have a little metal vapeboxz that i won in a contest to carry my stuff around. I got to design the cover, so i think it's pretty

they are. they hold up really well too. I keep mine in it's little fabric sleeve and it's like new, even though it's been banging around in my purse for well over a year.
I've got the smaller thin box- i can't remember the dimensions. I got it when all i used were kr8s. It's big enough for 4 kr8 battieries (regular) and 4 cartos. I removed a bit of the foam, so that it easily fits a Riva and cone instead of two of the KR8s.
ATM i have two emergency back up kr8s, 1 carto, a 3ml bottle of juice and a backup battery for my mini REO in it. I usually carry around a Riva and REO ready to use, so i can switch up flavors. (with all that I carry around, it's hard to believe that i really only use 3mls a day
