WOW!! My grandson's a Leggo master -- when he was 4 he was doing the sets for teens! I'll hafta buy some lower heels, get him some gorilla glue and have him make me some!
And I have a collection of vintage hats, but haven't been able to wear them for 15+ years -- since early onset menopause and I became a walking, talking hot flash!!

My 80-something mother still subscribes to Vogue magazine in part because we all get together and have fun brousing the ridiculous clothes (3 girls in my family)!Gotta say, tho, and y'all can laugh allllllll you want -- 40 years ago I would have worn nearly anything posted (NEARly) with the distinct exception of the stuff made of food or contraceptives! I believe -- okay, I "hope" -- that the condom dress was not designed to be worn. As an art project/political statement, it is icky. As a garment, it is truly grotesque.

This is so much a "would you wear this?" question, but a "would you do this?". The other morning on ABC's Good Morning America, they had a story about the latest trend in plastic surgery - ear lobe reduction. For women who ear lobes over the years have gotten stretched out from years of wearing heavy earrings... Not something I would have ever thought about needing.
Nope wouldn't do it.....LOL How weird.....never would have thought about it.
It's not uncommon for the holes in pierced ears to stretch from heavy earrings. People get those fixed all the time which I can understand if they want to continue wearing earrings. Depending on how big the lobes are, I guess I can understand getting them trimmed.
I might if it was really bad. Knew an elderly lady once who had that prob and her ears were almost grotesque -- looked like a deformity! It's a wonder mine don't -- used to wear earrings that a friend described as chandeliers!! lol
there are people who use plugs deliberately stretch the holes in their earlobes... the strangest i ever saw was someone with a sharpie marker in the extended hole that is more frequently reserved for earrings...
Funny! I've seen a lot of younger people with discs in their ears - some as large as a nickel - but never anything like a sharpie!
