I have several recipes that I love and know very well. For some reason, when I went from 120 ML->450ML batches, the flavor is definitely off. I shook each flavor bottle thoroughly before mixing, used clean containers, and shake several times a week before vaping.

I let them sit their usual steep time and they're still tasting funky. What gives? Any ideas?

May be larger quantities need longer steeping times. I usually make 120ml at a time but a few times did 240ml and noticed the same thing. Another 1 - 2 weeks of steeping resolved the problem.

Alrighty thanks guys. I was getting concerned that I messed up but I am very confident I did nothing different and with brand new bottles.

As long as your sure you used the correct percentages I see nothing left that could have gone wrong except insufficent steeping.

Some believe that the Interface between the e-Liquid to the Air in the Bottle plays a Role in How Fast an e-Liquids "Steeps".

So maybe a Large Volume of e-Liquid to a Small Cross-sectional Liquid/Air Interface does need a Langer "Steep" Time?

One thing that didn't cross my mind either is that I omitted my usual % of distilled water. Instead of .5% distilled, I added none and though it may not affect it much, it may help disperse all the chemicals and speed up steeping a bit. Who knows. Time will tell =] I'll have to wait a full 1.5-2 months from creation

Adding or Not adding Water can make a Big Difference.

Not sure why you couldn't add the Water Now? I would do it to a Small, Test Batch though.
