Thanks Dusty I was looking at those earlier just was not sure who the manufacturer was but your right they are a great price. Think I will grab a box of the 1.25's as well to try out. Just gonna have to wait for there sale (per your other thread):D

Have never ordered from China but I guess it would be best to not order juice with these incase it gets checked by CC ?

That's because you only get your juice from one place ;)

Ok.. re-phrase in effect: In the first month of my vaping I learned that it would be safer to order juice and hardware separately due to Canada customs issues. Any subsequent juice samples that I may have ordered from other vendors that also supply hardware, have also been ordered separately.

Satisfied now?! :p

Be careful ordering a large quantity of SmokTechs, especially the 1.7s. There have been a ton of complaints (mine included) that there's a bad batch going around and it may have something to do with SMK having changed the filler material. I haven't had a good SmokTech carto of any kind in a couple of months now. The 1.7s tasted burnt right from the start, and the dual coils have been lasting 2-3 days tops until the draw starts getting really tight.

I'd wait for the Boge XXLs. I've got some on the way that should be here early next week, they should be good.

I'm a bit concerned about it too as I have been noticing some SMK's having trouble wicking the juice right. I keep having to poke and prod the filler or separate it from the tube for the juice to wick through. Perhaps I'll hold off ordering from next weeks sale at HC, and finish my stock of about 40 or so that I have left. Give them time to right their error if they choose to do so.

Boges> Do they not have trouble wicking thicker juices because their wicking material is wrapped tight?

Yeah about that Reo zeroith you will be happy to know you stole it right out of my cart still on here trying to get another one checked out :glare:

Oh no dude! I didn't want to steal it from another Canuck!

Sorry about that. I hope you ended up getting one. It was a blood bath in there.

Yeah it was ugly thats an understatement but I was able to snag one. I was only teasing about the one you were able to grab I knew the Burl's would go quick so after I got stuck in checkout limbo I was happy to get out with one. The one you were able to get is a sweet looking mod glad to see a fellow Canadian got it my guess is it was on few peoples #1 list good for you.

Truthfully I was so worried at first as it wouldn't show up in my cart. I was pulling out what was left of my hair.

I almost abandon it and went for something different but I figured I wouldn't be able to complain if I didn't try. Somehow I lucked out!

Nice part is now I dont have to be so picky with carto's still need the 1.7's for my mini's which I use for work but now have a lot more options.

That's what I mostly use at work myself (the mini). I only bring out my wood when the weather is nice. But as of right now I have both with me (mini and regular woodvil) both running the 1.7's although its almost time for a fresh carto on there, been about 5 days on each and they are starting to not perform as well.

I actually wrote them an email regarding the quality of the latest cartos lol, I know i am just an end consumer and did not expect a reply.........but here it is :D

"hello,Chris:
I'm kitty from smoktech and thanks for your feedback ,and so sorry for late reply ,you said there is very serious quality problem of our dual coils cartomizer ,right?
I think maybe there are some mistakes ,the quality of smoktech dual coils cartomizer is always the best ,we never received any bad sayings about it ,the only problem you said is possibly because now there are many factory copied our products ,as our products are very popular in the market ,but their quality is very bad ,some even sell their products which looks very like our products with our brand name ,we have came across so many such companies , and there are also some e-cigs retailer and wholesalers they think our price is high ,so they buy from other company and ask them to use our brand on the products ,and then sell to their customers ,which will lead to the problem that what you received is not from smoktech really ,so pls make sure if the products you use come from smoktech directly ?thanks "

Never had a problem with mine. Never failed to wick very well start to finish and I always get at least 5 days out of mine.

So, short version: "We're being framed!" I highly doubt that, since the bad cartos are coming from all sorts of vendors across the US and Canada, and I highly doubt they all use the same supplier.
